Now let's roll up the sleeves and get to work.

1. Prune the bushes 

2. Power wash the fence, sidewalk and driveway

3. Never underestimate the impact of a fresh coat of paint on the shutters or doors.

4. Replace your old mailbox

5. Update your house numbers or give them a facelift with spray paint.

6. Replace exterior fixtures/ clean them up and make sure all light on the outside work.

7. Apply some mulch in the garden and add some fresh new plants with flowers.

8. Replace broken and dirty window covering with new blinds.

9. Make sure all lighting inside &outside are working and clean.

10. Wash the windows and screens.
